Cheap and useless

The product was flimsy, constructed with plastic and it was DOA. The supplied battery had corroded and the unit did not function.

Works but not as described or as accurately…
I didn’t have any trouble with the battery installation or getting it to run. Everything was new. I did notice that there’s no way this thermometer can record “inside and outside temperatures” as is listed in it’s features. That was one of the main reasons I purchased this thermometer! So, I thought, well at least it will record the inside temperature… It does that BUT at about 12 degrees OVER what it really is. Believe me. So, there you have it, a pretty useless product! Don’t bother buying it if you want any of the features I just listed.

Waste of $6
I usually disregard reviews on products that are DOA, such as W.So’s review. This time, I should have listened. The unit is very poorly designed, requiring an eyeglasses screwdriver. The battery is slightly corroded, but it is still charged at 1.5v. After installing the battery, it still doesn’t work. One of the battery contacts on the PCB is likely missing. I suspect by their feel that some of the buttons don’t work, but since the unit doesn’t work, I can’t be sure.
