Audio 2000’s AWP6040, Does the job

Does the job
My wife is tiny and a teacher.
She was getting hoarse from straining to talk loud enough.
She has been happy with this device.
No more sore throat.
You do have to be careful that the speaker is in FRONT of you facing the crowd or you get feedback squeal.
