No Packaging and No Instructions do not be alarmed
Just a quick note that this card ships with no instructions and no real official packaging. And really you do not need either of them based on the fact its really a plug it in and it will work device.
Works with WIN7 no issues so far

Great network card for VMWare
I got this for VMWare since it is supported for ESXi. It worked great out of the box with no issues. Very happy with both product and vendor
