Amazon.com Product Review
If you need a doorbell but are a little nervous about doing your own wiring, then wireless is the way to go. With Heath Zenith’s wireless doorbell systems, all you need to do is mount the doorbell and the chime-no electrical installation is needed. The SL-6287 sets itself apart from the sometimes overwhelming array of chime designs with the inclusion of a mirror insert and attractive solid brass tubes. The wireless system has a generous 150-foot range, and the chime itself has two distinct tones for front and back doors. You can also select from 128 code settings (which allow the doorbell to communicate with the chime) to make sure your neighbor’s wireless systems don’t set of your chime. The battery for the push button is included, along with all the mounting hardware you’ll need. Note that you will have to supply three D batteries for the chime.–Josh DettweilerWhat’s in the BoxWireless chime, wireless push button with battery, hardware pack
