Tool for the job

This is the model to use for driving seldrilling screws through many layers of sheet metal. I bought to drive #14 and #12 screws to assemble my metal building. The versa clutch is a must. Works great where other models weren’t fast enough or didn’t have the adjustable torque.

The rugged DEWALT DW268 screwdriver is ruggedly designed, yet still comfortable to use in all your steel framing applications with the use of no. 6-14 fasteners. Designed with Versa-Clutch system, which enables easy torque adjustment through “dial”, the DW268 performs consistently at top speeds without damaging fasteners. Additionally, the clutch setting is ideal for intense jobs with the ability to override the standard by 20 percent while maintaining pressure. It also includes a dynamic 6.5 amp motor with 0 to 2,500 rpm and a multi-speed, reversing switch for optimal performance and increased control.

I bought this impact driver dewalt for repair work. The electric gun works very well on longer mounting projects. Cordless Impact Wrench drivers tend to lose power jobs by weak batteries on longer fixing. I am very satisfied with this tool.
