Light requires adjustment too often
We have owned this light for about 14 months. When it works, it is great. However, the motion detection frequently locks up. Sometimes the light will stay on but most of he time it will not come on at all. Once you put the light through the test procedure it will work fine again. Seems to do this after a day of rain or snow. The light is now malfunctioning again in that it will only come on manually. I bought this light because it was made by Cooper who I thought made quality products. The only reason why I have not changed it is because it is located about 14 feet high on the side of my garage.
Update (2/9/2012): This item is currently on sale here for the lowest price I’ve seen.

Way too sensitive
It is a very bright light and does that well, but it is way too sensitive. I turned the sensitivity all the way down but when it snows outside the light keeps turning on. I had to paint over the motion detector lens piece to reduce its’ area of detection to lower the false image activations.
